RO Coaching is committed to ensuring safety for all involved with our sessions.

Outlined below are the expectations of the participants (Including Parent/ Guardians of participants):

​

• Participation Agreement – Anyone wanting to be involved in hockey must sign an England Hockey Participation Agreement before they play (this only needs to be done once). Participants of a School Club session do not need to complete this form

​

• Self-Assessment Check – This check should be done before each hockey session and participants should declare they are symptom free and haven’t been in contact with anyone with suspected or confirmed Covid symptoms within the past 2 weeks

​

• Hygiene – in line with government advice wash hands before and after activity and regularly use hand sanitiser

​

• Equipment – use your own equipment and do not share. RO Coaching can provide sticks to borrow, as these are sanitised after each session

​

Outlined below are the specific measures we take before, during and after all our sessions:​

​​

• Prior to any session we will ensure all relevant insurance policies are in place

​

• Prior to any session we will communicate with the facilities provider/ school to ensure risk assessments have been suitably adapted for our sessions

​

• ​All RO Coaching staff will follow England Hockey’s COVID-19 guidance at all times

​

• After every session we will disinfect all equipment with anti-bacterial spray (Including sticks that were borrowed during the session)

​

• We will store COVID-19 related information for 20 days before deleting - in line with government guidelines

​
